Imagined and designed by Ross Gardam, Pavilion is a digital space created by the eponymous studio to exhibit its portfolio of furniture and lighting, aiming to build a structure for the manifestation of ideas and presentation of current and future forms and experiences.

The purpose of the project is to enable people to transport themselves to a spatial experience that defies time and place, showcasing an array of original ideas that question convention. Meticulously-crafted concepts that explore the emotional connection between people, objects and their surroundings. Set amongst dense Australian bushland, Pavilion is a space between physical and digital, an exploration of the connected nature of beings, objects and place.

The inspiration behind this place stems from Gardam’s long-standing fascination with brutalist architecture and more particularly its honesty and monolithic sense of grandeur, Leaving enough room for furniture and objects to communicate with their environment and those who contemplate them.
