Les Grands Chênes comprises guest rooms and an artists' residence spread over 180m2 in Valojoulx, France, developed with Sapiens Architectes.

Atelier Leymarie is a design studio founded by Chloé Leymarie in 2023. Before that Chloe was a part of Atelier Leymarie Gourdon, which she founded together with Eva Gourdon in 2014. The studio has been divided into two geographical entities since January 2023: Atelier Leymarie based in Paris and Atelier Eva Gourdon, managed by Eva Gourdon in Biarritz.

Atelier Leymarie works in a variety of fields, in both construction and renovation, individual and small-scale collective housing, public cultural facilities and hospitality venues. Passionate about detail, the studio develops an architecture that explores the relationships between materials, texture and finishing solutions, with the help of great craftmanships working with the idea that each architectural project is unique and finds its meaning in the essential.
