Located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Invalides, this apartment has been completely renovated and restructured, enabling the addition of a fourth bedroom to meet the needs of a family with five children.
The aim of the renovation project was also to preserve the traditional charm of the Haussmann building while introducing a contemporary touch. For this reason, original features such as moldings, cornices and the fireplace were restored and brightened up, taking advantage of the apartment's sunny exposure, while designer furniture and a contemporary color palette made their appearance.
The reception areas, notably the dining room and living room, were redesigned and redecorated to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, while the kitchen saw the emphasis placed on the discretion of its appliances, in order to preserve the room's overall aesthetic. The balance of the space has been preserved, allowing the apartment's authentic style to coexist with a more contemporary signature.
